Thanks for stopping by

Thanks for taking time to check out my site! I’m a product designer with a passion for accessibility and inclusive design based in the Greater Denver area.

I attended Miami University in Oxford, Ohio, where I received a degree in Professional Writing with minors in Emerging Technology in Business and Design (a long-winded way of saying UX) and Disability Studies. I love to write and after an internship with Workday VNDLY, I joined the team as their first technical writer. My time as a technical writer provided me with opportunities to explore side quests with the UX team where I quickly realized I love working together to solve problems and design solutions.

I became a UX Designer on the Workday VNDLY team and serve as a subject matter expert in accessibility and inclusive design for our team. I’ve hosted workshops and presentations for continuing education and worked with product teams to ensure WCAG compliance for our features. I also serve as a steward on our design system team, wielding my experience as a writer to create robust documentation and processes.

I’m passionate about team culture and crafting spaces where all are welcome. I firmly believe that inclusivity starts with our teams and maintaining supportive, celebratory environments is how we continue to strive for inclusive experiences.

I was born and raised in the heart of Appalachia and I have a deep love for the mountains. My partner, Alex, and I love to ski, backpack, kayak, you name it: any outside activity and we’re in! When we’re not out trying to see as much of the world as humanly possible, I love to curl up on the couch with our cats Bean and Othello.
